The Canturi Brothers pastry shop is located in Bianco, a seaside town at the foot of the Aspromonte, along the fascinating Costa dei Gelsomini, where the inebriating scents of jasmine and orange blossom blend with the fresh and soft fragrances of eucalyptus and licorice.
The Canturi pastry shop was born from the idea, inventiveness and passion of two brothers, in Bianco, a city of wine and for some decades also known for hosting one of the most famous artisan companies in Calabria for the art of pastry making. It was born in Bianco in the early 80s, a period in which the Ionian town was among the most active in terms of tourism in the area.
